REFUND POLICY

Refund and Exchange Policy

Divine Ayat, LLC.

At Divine Ayat, we take pride in offering herbalist-formulated, divinely inspired wellness products. Because of the nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below:

1. Exchanges

  • We do not accept product exchanges under any circumstances.
     

  • Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only considered in the following situations:
 

  • Damaged Items
     

    • If your item arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the product and packaging.
       

    • Email the photo along with your order details to orders@divineayat.com within 7 days of delivery.
       

    • Once verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
       

  • Shipping Errors
     

    • If you receive the wrong product(s) due to a shipping error, please notify us at orders@divineayat.com within 7 days of delivery.  You will be asked to provide a photo of the wrong delivery.
       

    • You may choose either:
       

      • A full refund for the incorrect item(s), or
         

      • A replacement shipment of the correct product(s), at no additional cost.

3. Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed only after verification of damage or error.
     

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
     

  • Divine Ayat, LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
