At Divine Ayat, we take pride in offering herbalist-formulated, divinely inspired wellness products. Because of the nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below:
1. Exchanges

We do not accept product exchanges under any circumstances.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only considered in the following situations:

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the product and packaging.

Email the photo along with your order details to orders@divineayat.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong product(s) due to a shipping error, please notify us at orders@divineayat.com within 7 days of delivery. You will be asked to provide a photo of the wrong delivery.

You may choose either:

A full refund for the incorrect item(s), or

A replacement shipment of the correct product(s), at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed only after verification of damage or error.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
