Service Description
The Clarity Session is a focused 30-minute one-off coaching appointment for the moment when you need help sorting through one concern, one decision, one conversation, or one layer of a larger situation. This is a beautiful starting point if you are coming from TikTok, YouTube, or a Divine Ayat teaching and want to apply the principle to your real life. In this session, we slow the situation down and look at what is happening mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. You may bring a relationship issue, family tension, emotional overwhelm, a wellness concern, a spiritual question, or a practical decision that has been weighing on you. The goal is not to rush you or tell you what to do. The goal is to help you see the pattern, name the pressure, understand what your heart is carrying, and identify your wisest next step. This session may include practical reflection, communication language, boundary support, spiritual discernment, grounding guidance, and wholistic wellness education when appropriate. If herbal support is discussed, it is offered as education and wellness guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment. This service is coaching, not therapy, counseling, legal advice, psychiatric care, crisis support, or medical care. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Acknowledgement By booking, I understand that Divine Ayat services are wholistic coaching, Islamic medicine-informed wellness education, spiritual reflection, and life-navigation support. They are not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, legal advice, emergency care, or crisis support. I understand that all sessions are generally non-refundable once booked. Missed sessions, forgotten appointments, late arrivals, incorrect contact information, failure to join Zoom, failure to answer the phone, and client technology issues are non-refundable. I may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice before my session. The only exception to the missed-session/no-refund policy is a documented emergency, which may qualify for one no-charge reschedule at Divine Ayat’s discretion. For monthly plans, I understand that unused sessions do not roll over unless approved in writing, and canceling a plan stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
