Service Description
The Heart of the Matter Session is a full 60-minute one-off coaching appointment for complex life circumstances that need more space, depth, and discernment. This is the signature session for people who want to understand not only what happened, but what it is touching within the mind, heart, body, spirit, relationships, and life direction. You may bring a breakup, divorce, difficult family dynamic, illness-related concern, repeated relationship pattern, emotional exhaustion, spiritual unrest, or a decision you have been struggling to make. Together, we look beneath the surface and identify the deeper dynamics: what is being triggered, what is being avoided, what your body may be carrying, what boundaries may be needed, and what wisdom is available for your next step. This session is designed to provide clarity, relief, understanding, and practical tools. You may leave with communication language, boundary recommendations, reflection prompts, wholistic wellness considerations, herbal education when appropriate, and a clearer sense of how to move forward without losing yourself in the circumstance. This work is coaching and wholistic education. It is not therapy, counseling, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, legal advice, legal representation, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention. Please continue working with licensed professionals for medical, mental health, legal, or emergency needs.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Acknowledgement By booking, I understand that Divine Ayat services are wholistic coaching, Islamic medicine-informed wellness education, spiritual reflection, and life-navigation support. They are not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, legal advice, emergency care, or crisis support. I understand that all sessions are generally non-refundable once booked. Missed sessions, forgotten appointments, late arrivals, incorrect contact information, failure to join Zoom, failure to answer the phone, and client technology issues are non-refundable. I may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice before my session. The only exception to the missed-session/no-refund policy is a documented emergency, which may qualify for one no-charge reschedule at Divine Ayat’s discretion. For monthly plans, I understand that unused sessions do not roll over unless approved in writing, and canceling a plan stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
