Offer guidance on legal strategies for landlord-tenant disputes when mold contamination is suspected in rental housing. 📑 Deliverables At the conclusion of your second session, you will receive: A preliminary individualized or family service plan with next steps, which may include recommendations for further evaluation, lab testing, environmental mold testing, lifestyle adjustments, or natural remedies to explore. A legal kit specific to your circumstance and state, should you wish to take action against your landlord or defend yourself. This kit will include: Step-by-step instructions on how to properly defend your case. A checklist of all tests and documents you will need. Templates and forms that can be used in your legal process. Delivered alongside your individualized or family service plan. A letter from our certified clinical manager stating whether you are likely experiencing mold-related illness.
